These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ZN ERP Services ("the Service") provided by ZN Softwares. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations for the duration of your subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Pricing is as quoted for your selected edition and is exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Fees are payable in advance for the subscription term. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store and for maintaining your own backups where required.
We aim to keep the Service available and provide pan-India support (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZN Softwares shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the term. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we will, on request, make your data available for export for a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
